• If a client cancels a scheduled workshop or session less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and processed within 14 days if approved.

• Digital products and pre-recorded content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
